I used Wombwell funeral services for my partners funeral. When I met with the celebrant I felt rushed as if I was on a timer. I had to correct her on several occasions on the pronunciation of my daughter’s name and she still pronounced it

I had to correct her on several occasions on the pronunciation of my daughter’s name and she still pronounced it incorrectly in the service.
We ordered pink flowers but unfortunately recieved white flowers.
Ona good note Dawn was fantastic from start to finish really professional.
